Return & Refund Policy

At Father Fresh, your satisfaction means everything to us. If something’s not quite right, we’re here to make it right. Below is everything you need to know about returns, exchanges, and refunds.


🔄 Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns for most items within 14 days of delivery, as long as they meet the following conditions:

  • Item is unused, unworn, and in original condition

  • Tags (if applicable) are still attached

  • Item is returned in original packaging

  • Proof of purchase (order number or email) is provided

Final Sale items, gift cards, and perishable or intimate goods (like grooming or personal care products) are non-refundable.


🚫 Non-Returnable Items

Please note, we do not accept returns for the following:

  • Items marked Final Sale

  • Personal care, grooming, or hygiene products (for safety reasons)

  • Customized or personalized items


💸 Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email. If approved:

  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method

  • Allow up to 5–10 business days for processing, depending on your bank

Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or damaged item).


🔁 Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different size or item, we recommend returning the original and placing a new order.


📬 How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, email us at returns@fatherfresh.com with the following:

  • Your order number

  • Item(s) you'd like to return

  • Reason for return (optional, but appreciated)

We'll respond within 1 business day with next steps and a return address. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless otherwise noted.


🛠️ Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, email support@fatherfresh.com within 3 days of delivery, and we’ll fix the issue fast — no questions asked.
